The police have arrested two persons with 6 kg hashish from Gokuleswar. On Monday morning, two persons were arrested with 6 kg 100 grams of narcotic hashish from Shailyashikhar Municipality-3, Cork.
According to District Police Office Darchula, those arrested with hashish are 66-year-old Mansingh Thagunna of Mahakali Municipality-4 and 70-year-old Gaursingh Thagunna of Naugad Rural Municipality-4.
Both were arrested by the police patrol team deployed from the area police office Gokuleswar. When the police team checked for suspicion, hashish was recovered in the bag that both of them were carrying, hidden in plastic. The police said that further investigations are being conducted on both the arrested persons.
