Mahendranagar: Brixton College has successfully organized a comprehensive three-day training program on Scientific Writing and Publication from May 21-23, 2025, marking a significant milestone in advancing academic research culture in Far-West Nepal. The program, held at the prestigious Brixton Seminar Hall, was supported by the University Grants Commission (UGC), demonstrating the institution's commitment to educational excellence and research development.

The training program witnessed remarkable participation with 80 students faculty members representing 4-5 different educational institutions, creating a vibrant learning environment that fostered inter-institutional collaboration and knowledge exchange. This impressive turnout reflects the high regard that the academic community holds for Brixton College's educational initiatives and its ability to bring together diverse groups of learners under one platform. 

Distinguished faculty members led the training sessions, bringing their extensive academic expertise to guide participants through the intricacies of scientific writing. Dr. Gambir Bahadur Chand, Assistant Professor at Far Western University, Dr. Prakash Datt Bhatt, Assistant Professor at Tribhuvan University, and Dr. Shiba Prasad Sapkota, Associate Professor at Far Western University, served as facilitators, providing invaluable insights and practical guidance to enhance the research writing capabilities of attendees. Their involvement underscored the program's academic rigor and commitment to maintaining high educational standards.

The primary objective of this initiative was to enhance academic writing skills and promote a strong research culture among educators, students, and emerging scholars in Far-West Nepal.
