New Delhi: Motivational speaker Vivek Bindra, who has been locked in an ugly spat with Sandeep Maheshwari, is now accused of physically assaulting his wife Yanika Bindra. The allegations come just days after the duo tied the knot on December 6, 2023.

The case was filed at Noida Sector 126 police station on December 14 accusing him of assaulting his wife. The social media influencer has been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427 and 325.

The complaint against Vivek Bindra was filed by Yanika's brother Vaibhav, as perIndia Today. He alleged that his brother-in-law locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries all over her body.

"On the morning of December 7, around three o'clock, my brother-in-law Vivek Bindra was arguing with my mother-in-law, Prabha Ji. When my sister Yannika intervened, Vivek locked her in a room and verbally abused her. Subsequently, she was physically assaulted, resulting in injuries all over her body." Vaibhav said.

Vivek Bindra vs Sandeep Maheshwari Controversy

Sandeep Maheshwari and Vivek Bindra -two popular YouTubers and well-known motivational speakers are currently locked in a feud after the former shared a video on his channel regarding a business course. The video titled 'Big Scam Exposed' had testimonies from some students who claimed that they were duped of money in the name of business courses.

About 10 days after Sandeep Maheshwari shared the video, Vivek Bindra put out a 'response video' on YouTube, named as 'Janeman Biggest Controversy | Biggest Program | Biggest Attack - Dr Vivek Bindra." Bindra is also the CEO and founder of Bada Business Pvt. Ltd and has over 21 million subscribers on YouTube.
