Elvish Yadav has released a video about the case. In this he said,

"Many videos are going viral. You will have seen a video of me in which I am raising my hand on McStern. Maxtern called me a gangster in a video. And saying that I have tried to kill him. They started the trend of 'Arrest Elvish Yadav' against me. And on the basis of that video, you people have made me a criminal that Elvish is a thug, a badass. It has political support. I will clear all the things one by one."

In the video, Elvis stated his side,

'I want you to hear a side story. I have the right to hear and know the story of the other side and I also have the right to tell it. Those who are playing the victim card and are raising voice against me. I have an old habit of it. I have been suffering from this since 2020. Yeh Jo left lobby gathers…. Listen to everyone. You opened his (Maxtern's) Twitter handle, when I was in Bigg Boss and it has been 8 months since then. You have seen what I am doing for 8 months. What is Maxtern doing with me? His every tweet is against me. Often he pokes me.'

He further stated,

"During the shoot, I used to meet Maxtern from time to time. Then I thought why does he call my fans bad and why does he call me bad. Then found out that all this is for followers. And he does it with everyone. Then I also started enjoying it. He started falling behind in every case. Then I took its number. And asked why you do all this. This is what they say. It posted all our chats on its social media. Then I sent it to the location of my house, come to my house and talk. I told him that I will not kill, God is the guest in the house.
