The local wind has a partial influence in the country at present. The weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly parts of the country due to the influence of this system with chances of light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in some places of the hilly region of Gandaki Province.
The weather will be generally fair in the rest of the regions, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said. It will be partly cloudy in the hilly region of the country on Tuesday with the possibility of brief rain at some places of the hilly region in Gandaki and Karnali provinces. The minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley was 12.4 degrees Celsius and the maximum was 29.8 degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours, according to the weather update of the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
