Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone recently appeared on the first episode of Koffee With Karan Season 8, and they have been trolled ever since. Now, a video of Ranveer from 2011 has gone viral, in which he tells the same love story with Anushka Sharma, his ex-girlfriend.
In the 2011 video, Ranveer says that he saw Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and fell in love with Anushka. He then says that he was out for dinner one day and everyone was talking about Anushka. Then, the door opened, a gust of wind came in, and Anushka Sharma was standing in front of him.
In the 2023 video, Ranveer says that he saw Deepika's Cocktail and fell in love with her. He then says that he was at Sanjay Leela Bhansali's house one day, discussing which actress to cast in their next film. Suddenly, the door opened, a gust of wind came in, and Deepika Padukone entered, wearing a white chikankari kurta.
People on the internet have been trolling Ranveer for repeating the same love story with two different actresses. One user wrote, "Nothing is missed on the internet, Anushka, Deepika or that air." Another user wrote, "Ranveer is playing the character of his ladies Vs Ricky Bahl."
Ranveer and Deepika met on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film Ram-Leela and got married in 2018.
